Possible Source of Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is also known as fibrositis which is defined as the chronic widespread of pain in the muscles and soft tissues that is surrounding the joints all throughout the body. This kind of disease is fairly common and mostly seen in women than men. This kind of disease is affecting approximately 4% of the U.S. population. Even though the symptoms are similar to other joint diseases, fibromyalgia is actually a soft tissue or muscular rheumatism that causes pain in the muscles. Even though the causes are still unknown, experts believe that fibromyalgia may be connected with sleep disturbance, psychological stress, abnormal immune system, and biochemical exposure. Recent research shows that firomyalgia mostly affects the muscles that are attached to the bone.
