Over the past 12 years as a personal trainer, I’ve been giving my clients who where interested in weightlifting a beginner fitness weightlifting program. It’s a simple routine which teaches those beginners proper lifting techniques without pushing them too hard. That’s the most important part of beginner routines, it’s to instruct the amateurs on how to lift properly so that they can translate it into more advanced routines.
